One hour fifteen minute drive from Sudbury "four corners",
Developing 50 acres with 500 ft of Lake Front on Marshall Lake with sandy
beech(developing stage) and boat launch. Willing to accept early birds
with no services as early as June. Yearly lot fees for 2009 season are
set at $600 with no services. Weekly spot also available. Beech in
progress and boat launch available.
Water is expected this year and sewers are pending on development and
interest of committed campers. We are currently in the process of
applications.
We will be supplying portable toilets until the development takes shape.
We intend to keep a western flair, natural landscape, small
unsophisticated water park for all ages, unsofiscticated swings and
climbing ropes, and an electric car park for kids(battery operated
children toy cars and quads).
The intent is also to build an unserviced Town Hall by the lake for all to
enjoy, adding in a wood cooking stove and encouraging group meals, a
gathering place for morning coffee.
As for the restrictions, our name says it all; you must be environmentally
conscious with the use of our land and you must be a happy camper.
Prices will increase as the services develop but we set reasonable prices
at $600 for year round parking for 2009 season. Weekly parking also
available for $100.
All Lake Front lots are taken; having only 500 feet of Lake Front limits
that availability. But the early birds will get the close up lots to the
lake. We are family oriented and appreciate the laughter of children. Of
course all pets are on trial and must not disturb the reasonable enjoyment
of other campers or they will be banned or restricted. There will be no
surcharge for visitors or overnight guess; they may even set up tent on
your lot for a weekend, no charge. Those who join us for the year will
receive 2 discounted weekend pass for friends with trailers. We have been
camping in this area for many years, love the leisure recreation and will
enjoy sharing it. The sandy beech will be a work in progress, some
cleaning up to do.
